About the Workshop and Presenter:
Silvia Carbogno is passionate about training active listening skills. In this workshop, you will learn what active listening really means, its scientific theory origins and also get a chance to take part in a reflective activity that applies theory to practice. This workshop will include time to ask Silvia more specific questions at the end.
Originally from northern Italy, Silvia is a professional counsellor who was able to transform her career after moving to Switzerland. Her background in project management working for international IT companies in Italy, Spain, France, Greece, the USA and Switzerland provides her with a unique perspective for those who seek her support.

By 2016, she became a certified Professional Counselor in personal and relational well-being for individuals and organizations, by the Italian counseling organisation “Assocounseling.”
Strongly engaged in promoting knowledge, education and use of communication and relational skills for the development of the individual and social well-being, Silvia is also a trainer for a Master in Counselling studies programme in Milan.
